So we have a 7 course chef tasting menu!
We have the soup with the bread, which is not too sweet but at the same time, not too bland! perfect opening appetiser!
Then we have the King prawn Salad, which is again a nice and light opening before going to the main meal! we got the sauce on the side, so we are able to it with/without the sauce (based on preference)
Thewn, we have the Seafood boil, consisting of shrimp, clam, mussels, octopus and also the corn and sausage. The flavour is savoury and shows the freshness of the seafood but at the same time no fishy smell when eating this dish! 👍
Then we have our main, which is the 12 oz 120 days argentinian grain fed ribeye. The beef is fatty and juicy, the combination of the fats and the beef make an umami flavor!
Besides this, we also order their signature devil’s burger (not part of the chef tasting menu). I was pleasantly surprised with how good this burger is! The sauce is spicy and flavourful and the buns and the patties are perfectly cooked! definitely one of my favorite burger in hk!
We then have the truffle mushroom tortelini, which is four pieces of these delightful truffle pasta. As I love truffle, this is definitely amazing to compliment the steak and burger mains! the portion is not big either, but filling so its enough to fill u up but not too full either!
We end the day with creme brulee, which is creamy and sweet! A good end to the...
