It’s not in the top tier of Dim Sum/ Cantonese Restaurants but it is definitely still very good. There are plenty of unique dishes here that you can’t find in very many places so I’d recommend people to come just to try their take.

Barbecue Pork Pastry - a nice alternative to a bun 叉燒包, really soft and sweet pastry. The filling was a little sparse and lacked full 叉燒 flavour but the pastry more than made up for it.

Shanghai Dumplings, not too bad. The soup was a little flavourless.

The signature fried rice with shredded fish & ginger. A nice unique dish that is done very well. The addition of the shredded fish does make for a slightly wetter fried rice than I’d personally like. The flavour of the rice itself is really good.

Signature sesame poached chicken, once again, a unique dish that’s really well executed. The breast pieces are a little dry but all of the rest is absolutely on point. Juicy, fatty and rolling in flavour.

The Barbecue Pork in Honey was okay but really not up to the standard of similar places you can find in Hong Kong. The spread of leaner cuts with fatter cuts was trying to appeal to all but the leaner cuts were far too dry. The honey glaze was too thin and didn’t stick...

We have been visiting this restaurant for more than 15 years since we first chanced upon it. It is a classic Cantonese restaurant where you can find time-tested dishes and flavors. Unlike trendy establishments, this venue weathers change.

The menu and signature dishes are still recognizable over time; many of the staff are long serving; prices are affordable; and the restaurant remains hugely popular with local families.

We reserved a table for early dinner and the restaurant was already full. Service was friendly and polite. We ordered several of its daily specials and classic dishes upon recommendation of the supervisor.

The steamed abalone was tender and wrapped in a soy and garlic sauce. The roast goose did not pale in comparison to Kam's Roast Goose. The skin was crispy and the meat was juicy and succulent.

The deep fried chicken was crispy with moist flesh. The large portion of shark's fin was swimming in a rich and tasty broth. The only disappointment was the signature fried rice with grouper strips. It was too wet and lacked flavor. We closed with a classic Cantonese...

Friendly staff, personable, practical & congenial. No typical aloofness, even for this Michelin's 1 star restaurant. No sir, we'll have none of that. It's all very warm, jovial and fuzzy. Enter via the busy corner of the building, 2 levels of escalators & then a lift to 9F. As soon as you enter the restaurant, you are reminded of the restaurant's accolades & award winning chefs by the glistening certificates & gleaming awards. Food is excellent. Chef's culinary nous is indisputably worthy of at least some of the gallery of awards. All their dishes are well balanced, skillfully cooked & very tasty. Notables: Baked lobsters & crabs! Crispy juicy stewed beef! Sesame chicken in salt. The list goes on. Probably worth multiple visits to savor as many as you can. Overall a good quality restaurant (2016) for a nice meal. Prices are between 100-500 HKD per person depending on...

The lift service was adequate in supporting restaurants located on high floors. The tablewares were put on the table without placing neatly in front of each seat. They were expected to be rinsed by the users again. The choice of dim sum was plentiful, though not so special. Some other cooked dim sums were directly brought from the kitchen to the dining area for selling by the waiters, who sometimes wear face masks but sometimes not. The taste was satisfactory. Quantity of the fried rice and noodles were not so much. Set meals were available. Service was average. Price was reasonable. The floor in the toilets was a bit wet, and the users were not so considerate.
