The chain coffee shop was located inside the building with direct access to the subway station underground. Staff were polite and helpful. Order was made at the entrance either by the cashier or using the ordering computer screen. Baked potatoes are quite nice, a more healthy approach to the international Kumpir's I was used to, overloaded with garlic/spicy sauces and a lot of butter/cheese.

so Oliver's versions are quite a nice alternative to those.

will be trying other items on their menu's too as time passes though. but the Baked potato is not something i've encountered too much in Hong Kong yet so that might be a preferred...

Dirty tables not cleared promptly during lunch hours. The food served by the robot came on a tray with remnants of a previous meal and the serviette provided had stains of i dunno salted egg or mustard or melted cheese. Taste wise was mediocre.
