This is to bring to your kind notice that the poor service I received from your receptionist Helen.This receptionist did not provide the basic service at all and not even have the basic manner. She needed me to get out from the line cos there were two customers just came back after the QR code scan. It was totally fine with me, if i know they walked away for the scan and came back to finish the registration process. There is no way that Helen needed to YELL at me. FINALLY it was my turn get back to line and she asked me did I make reservation, I said no and she asked me to wait aside without explaining why and continued to serve other customers in line. It wasn't a long line at time I were there at 14:15. I really have enough of this kind of service and I will share my experience...

Now it’s still on the process of making it more easier access but the good thing is,I found new place for picturesque and it’s quite good though the place is a little bit hot when it’s non-time. But the place is clean and neat hopefully they will add more props to make more beautifully accessible. How to get there easier ? Here’s the two ways to get there.. First by MTR exit A5 through the immigration tower and turn right to the pier sign walk until you reach the bridge that connects the pier and down the stairs from a far you can see the pink decorations there’s a small entrance between the pier.
