Takes forever to flag down a waiter, and wait staff doesn't seem familiar with the menu. The restaurant is in an apartment bldg so space is at a premium; as a result, during peak hours the customers huddle in the staircase outside the restaurant door as a hungry, peeved mass of misery instead of being allocated proper space to stand around and wait inside. Entire place still smells like new furniture, so must not have had time to air out properly after renovation. Most amazingly, no Wifi is offeredI've come to expect free wifi as a standard offering in HK fastfood joints that are looking for repeat casual customers who value free wifi for a quick sit down meal. All in all, probably better to order delivery and eat at home instead~which may be what Pizza Hut is trying to encourage anyway, so well...

Edit: Also, they don’t know how to cut a pizza. The pizza arrived and everyone at our table had to cut the pizza again with blunt butter knives. Asking for a sharper knife, they’ll offer more blunt butter knives.
