TOWNPLACE KENNEDY TOWN — Local services in Hong Kong

It's been now more than 2 years I have moved to Townplace Kennedy Town and I believe it is time for me to get the review this residence deserves: a 5 star!

Apart of the astonishing modern design of the building and its spacious facilities, coupled with the duo space allowing you to access Townplace Soho (which has a swimming pool and a pretty cozy clubhouse too), it is really the community that is making it standing out (by far) from other places.

From the first day I joined Townplace, I met such the glorious person that is Manny, our Community Manager, guiding me at every step in my life from now on. That's where I realised Townplace is not only about your apartment, it is about your lifestyle.

When I started my business, Manny was incredibly supportive and assisted me to make new business connections via the community of Towners (this is what you will be called if you join!). These connections not only helped me to thrive, but they also opened me to new friendships.

I can't simply start to describe here in one review all the good things Townplace has to offer (such as the wide diversity of events organised for us), I just wish you will have the chance to meet Manny as well on your first day when you join...

I strongly recommend Townplace Ktown. I came to HK 2 years ago, as being hired by a company here. At that time, I had only few friends and I didn't know how to explore HK, so my HK life was more like working. It made me depressed and I was about to leave HK. I think it is quite typical expat's life, because we are stranger.

However, many things changed, as I moved to the Townplace. It differs from typical apartments. It has experienced community team! They organize exclusive events and provide an opportunity to socialize. They have been really helpful for adapting to HK life. My wife and I were able to meet new good friends and explore HK culture thanks to them. I would like to express my deep gratitute to Manny and Issac from the amazing community team.

Do yourself a favour and don’t stay here. We stayed a month and now almost 2 months since departing they haven’t returned our $19k USD security bond after numerous email and calls.

No apologies or action, just excuses so far including accounts team a little slow due to their processing cycle and also they took time to figure out getting a stain out of a towel to save us some money.
