To be frankly honest, the food is really good, maybe a bit on the pricier side, but still reasonable for what you can get at an all-you-can eat (especially compared to the other franchises in HK). Service from the waiters is absolutely superb. Very helpful and kind- they offer to help you with the cooking of the meats and make good recommendations for what to order based on your personal preferences. They have their own type of kimchi, which is quite tasty. The cold noodles are incredibly satisfying after a large variety of meats, and the fried items are nice and crispy, and not too greasy or heavy. Nice selection of drinks, though the desserts are limited. However, the owner/manager seems incredibly rude and off-putting, which is my only real complaint. Would also be helpful if they advertised that a reservation is needed usually in order to get a table, as my friends and I had tried previously since they just opened and got shooed away by said owner quite rudely (his staff were more apologetic, so we did not give them a hard time). The dining experience at this establishment was extremely disappointing. To start, the food was of poor quality and vastly overpriced for what was served. The dishes lacked flavor and creativity, and did not feel worth the high cost.

The atmosphere was also quite unpleasant. The music playing was out of place and disruptive, not setting a relaxing or enjoyable mood. The open layout of the dining area offered no sense of privacy, leaving me and my companions feeling exposed and uncomfortable as we ate. The tables were crammed too closely together, leaving little personal space.

On top of that, the venue seemed to be poorly maintained. There was a constant dripping of water from the air conditioning unit, creating an annoying and unsanitary environment.

Overall, I left this restaurant feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. The combination of subpar food, unpleasant ambiance, and apparent lack of upkeep made for an experience that was not at all worth the money spent. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a quality...
