VERY BAD SERVICE. If you're a foreigner, look for other options as the staff here are NOT EVEN A BIT WELCOMING TO NON-CHINESE PEOPLE. The food is NOT THAT GREAT either.
Dined here a couple of times before and everytime we go, it takes a while to get food ordered since the stafr tends to ignore us. Doesn't seem to be busy because they seem to be chatty with the local customers in other tables.
But we've experienced THE WORST today.
Called in Sunday night to book for Monday lunch time at 1pm. We had guests visiting HK so we wanted to bring them to a yumcha lunch. However, their flight got delayed so I was calling the restaurant to change my booking time. I started calling from 12:30 and after around 15 minutes and 20+ calls, I gave up trying to get an English speaking staff. The lady who keeps answering the phone keeps yelling at me telling me to speak in Chinese.
My father went to the restaurant to try and talk to someone but all the staff were just ignoring him.
