Hi restaurant manager, if you are reading this, can you change the food ordering system to be like Cafe de Coral where customers go pick up food by themselves at the counter? This is because the service quality here is appalling low. We sat down and pressed the call button for 10 times and no waiter or waitress came go take our orders. The entire restaurant does not have phone reception so I could not use my phone for anything. When I approached the waitress, the one with glasses, to ask for your WiFi password in Cantonese, she glimpsed at me, saying in Cantonese in a condescending tone "how am I supposed to know the WiFi password?! Employees do not know the WiFi password, only people up there know the WiFi password" then I informed her that we wanted to order food. She said "wait". A minute later, she came to our table and started taking our orders in English. Upon knowing that I speak fluent English, her attitude turned from condescending to nice all of a sudden. I am confused how you are positioning your restaurant. If it is a cheap and affordable restaurant catering to the general public, then the food ordering system and the check out payment system should be like McDonald's to facilitate efficiency. Simply avoid waitressing completely. Your waiters are overworked, and your restaurant is grossly under staffed. I dont blame the waitress for being grumpy for she is clearly overworked in an environment with no Internet.
