food is good as always, but a particular waitress with tied hair, quite short and a little on the bigger side was quite rude. me and my boyfriend rose our hands for quite a awhile and she saw it but ignored us, the more we rose our hands, the more she looked at us and ignored us. finally, she was giving gestures pointing to the cashier (who was helping a paying customer) so automatically we thought she thought that we have to pay in the counter. later she yells from far away, “HE’LL DO IT” in cantonese. i just didn’t understand why she had so much time to make gestures and shout from a far distance when she can come to our table and listen to what we had to say. she also had so much time to do it yet didn’t want to...

Saizeriya is not your upscale Italian restaurant and they don’t market themselves to be that. They are an affordable japanese influenced italian semi-fast food chain that give you value for money.
