While on my FIRST visit to Fineprint Cafe, I was fortunate enough to experience their food and beverages. A young employee called "IVAN" exemplified a positive customer service attitude by being attentive and even reminding me to pick up my return, which I had forgotten to do. In addition, one female employee addressed my concern in a proper and amicable manner.
Regarding the seating, the sofa appeared to be an old one, possibly in need of a fixing/replacement. The menu that was placed on the left side of the entrance required customers to grab it on their own. Despite these minor inconveniences, the āChai Masala Teaā was flavorful and enjoyable. I'm sorry to say that I had to give up on the chocolate cookie halfway through; it was delicious but too sugary. However, itās possible that I will try other foods and beverages in the future too.
The cafe had a noticeable positive aspect that was the option to *dine outdoors, which provided a pleasant and refreshing dining experience.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreOne of my favourite coffee shops in HK because it has excellent coffee, delicious food, kind staff and great space all in one place. Coffee is nutty and dark, very reasonably priced. Their sourdough toasts are a must have because they're really good - goes well with jam and butter, and I personally love their ultimo eggs with toast too. Ricotta toast is also popular. They also have some baked goods such as cookies, muffins, and pretzels. Their extensive menu makes it great for breakfast, morning coffee run, brunch, tea time, lunch, you name it. I go here way too often and have probably tried most of their menu and I can say it has very solid menu lineup šš»

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI often go to this Fineprint. Theyāve nice avo toast, half and half, nice muffin, bread and very good coffee. Chilled staff.
However, todayās chocolate marshmallow cookie sucked. My first time having it. It was oily and the oil came through the paper bag and onto my hands, it crumbled before I even started and nonstop breaking apart at each bite. Taste was alright because you know, itās chocolate and marshmallow but the texture was horrible⦠NOT crispy NOT soft NOT chewy, but just oily dough kind of mixture that breaks apart. This is the oiliest cookie Iāve ever had.
I ate immediately but still⦠canāt blame other factors like weather for sure. Wonāt do that again at HKD30 a piece⦠thatās something I wouldnāt expect Fineprint has tbhš my calorie manager is very...
