Nice Japanese decorated Izakaya restaurant with varieties of great authentic Japanese sushi, sashimi situated in Causeway Bay with extended operating hours till 2:00 am from Monday to Saturday. Many collection of Sake labels sticked on the ceiling of the restaurant and Elegant food presentation together with waiters’ explanation on tasting sequence of every piece of sushi make sure you know about the food and sake matching . Don’t forget to try nice sake together with food. There are many nice Generation 14th Sake matching with sashimi, sushi, BBQ sticks. Priority booking is essential for such arrangement.
Food should be ordered slowly over several courses rather than all at once, tofu sorbet dessert must be tried for a completely enjoyable meal. Master chef Cheung gives me surprising fresh cuisine on my every visits.

When you asked for a dish that was order 1.5 hours ago, the servers gave you an attitude then they proceeded to accuse you of "stealing their food" by presenting you an empty plate & telling you that they normally use that plate size & confronted you that they have put it in your table.

總結: 無論係門前定居酒屋內既環境都好似穿越返左去昭和時代咁, 所以會有種復古既感覺, 同時有去左日本既感覺 ☺️ 木製既裝修, 和風系燈籠同海報, 黃色既燈光, 仲有一堆可愛既擺設, 即時想影多幾張相 🤗 我坐係吧枱, 可以近距離睇住師傅處理食物, 不過可惜冇乜互動, 但食物都有質素, 所以都食到好滿足。
Summary: No matter the front door or inside the izakaya, it feels like you transported back to Showa era, that gives me a retro vibe and a sense of being in Japan 🥰 The environment makes me feel comfortable and the quality of food is good. 吞拿魚鱈魚餅 $68 平時鱈魚餅係又厚又軟既, 呢度既係又薄又脆, 好似食緊粟米片咁, 上面有成舊吞拿魚蓉, 味道鮮甜 😋 呢個配搭有少少似Tacos, 只要吞拿魚蓉好味成個菜就一定冇得輸 👍🏻
左口魚邊壽司 $50 師傅係我地面前用火槍燒左口魚, 成條左口魚又長又大條, 都有一定厚度, 啲油比火迫晒出黎, 食落口唔會有油膩感, 反而啲油令到條魚更滑 😊 魚身本身夠嫩, 有入口即溶既感覺, 好讚! 🤩
南蠻醬炸雞 $58 用小雞脾做炸雞, 岩岩炸出黎熱辣辣, 炸到金黃色, 非常脆口 😚 肉質好嫩滑, 咬落去好juicy, 配埋甜甜地既南蠻醬同樣咁惹味。
炸海鰻魚骨 $68 第一次食呢款小食, 係一條條好幼既脆條, 用黎送酒應該好一流 。 不過我當晚冇飲酒, 雖然係咁都依然食唔停口 😆 其實慢慢品嚐應該會更好, 一次過食反而會食到微微燶味, 但唔知點解又會繼續食 😅
牛舌, 雞軟骨串 $58, $35 牛舌幾厚肉, 而且煙韌, 好有牛舌既口感, 所以唔太岩我 😅 不過燒得幾惹味, 冇乜加其他醬汁, 比較原汁原味, 雞軟骨就正常味道, 冇乜特別。
鹿兒島黑豚肉 $180 無論味道定口感都好似豬頸肉, 所以比較煙韌, 但完全唔肥膩, 我反而嫌佢偏乾左少少 🙃 佢配左芥末醬, 我個人覺得唔配醬食更好。
雞皮 $32 加左少量青蔥吊味, 上面既雞皮都微微脆, 原來加左秘製醬汁, 所以下面個啲就變得唔脆。平時我應該同朋友一樣鍾意脆口既, 但佢個汁酸酸地幾開胃, 我反而鍾意沾左醬汁既雞皮 😃
