Avoid this place at all costs.

The owner is a scammer! She tried to scam us 3 times!

FIRST, I made a reservations for 4 adults and 2 babies but they charged us 6 adults on purpose. We called them back how they charged us more. They asked me to come back and they will refund us the difference. BUT, when we were there, the owner only gave us $200 back instead of $500+. We had to confront them how she’s trying to scam us, then she gave us the money back.

SECOND, I purposely asked them over WhatsApp to confirm if they have raw oysters they said yes. But when we were there, they said only baked oysters so what’s the point of having option B. Apparently, we werent the only customers who got tricked. Couple other tables were complaining too.

THIRD, the owner said she will give us a 20% off for everyone because she made a mistake by telling us there’s raw oysters but when we pay. She said because she’s giving us 20%, so we can’t have 10% off from booking online or the elderly discount!

Also, when I first sat down…. A cockroach was running around. I freaked out like hell. Luckily, my dad kicked it!

P.S don’t let their pictures trick you, there’s very limited choices of drinks, ice...

We went for dinner option B with the larger menu. There is a time limit which counts down on the ordering page but the amount of time was plenty for us. If you are a big fan of toro then it would be a nice addition. There is a large variety of fresh sashimi and unique torched nigiri combinations. I wished there were more options for rolls and nigiri though. The hot food bar was decent. Drinks selection are similar to other hotpot ayce in HK.
