Thought I would try this branch because the North point branch has zero service and wait times are ridiculous. Although service was a tad better, it was a disappointment.

Staff did not ask how we wanted the patties cooked and just gave us rare. Not a big issue as that's how I like it, but should have asked.

After taking the order aside from bringing the items to our table and immediately turning around, they just didn't come back. I literally had to goto the kitchen to ask for my tab.

Ordered 4 burgers, bufallo wings, salty egg wings and 2x poutine and a chocolate milkshake (for little one).

Beef burgers - they were decent. . North point branch makes it much better. Wasn't hot and seemed more on the cool side.

Fish burger--arrived 45 minutes later and wife had to watch us finish our meal before starting hers.

Poutine - extremely salty

Buffalo wings- just like they make it back in Canada so no complaints.

Salty egg wings - tasteless.

Choc milkshake--not milkshake and is basically powdery QUIK mix. Fail

Overall not worth a second visit!

Can't justify paying 900hkd for the experience and food quality. Their burgers at main branch taste much better. Even at a recent rugby event that they had a booth at had great...

Saw a lot of good reviews on Canadian's Poutine, burger and the Vietnamese Pho which is all my kind of comfort food when I am in Canada. It is located in a quiet side street which don't really hold much traffic so we really needed to go look for it. Well, the gravy and the fries was pretty good but I wouldn't call it Poutine, there is no cheese curd except melted cheese. The burger came and look decent with nice smell of open flame from the kitchen but the patties was pretty grisly and under season that was soaked in this sauce which over power the cheese or the bacon flavor (there was only a tiny piece of bacon, maybe that's why we can't taste it). The Vietnamese Pho was the most disappointing. It look like the real deal but that's where it end. The broth just taste salty with a sour noted to it, nothing like what some of the reviews have described. The 3 sliced of beef definitely not Waygu although I don't expected it to be with the price point that they are charging. Although I normally will finished the bowl of pho even if it is only mediocre but this one is really poor that I ate only half of it. Service is friendly but sorry not the place we...

Sub par experience with my latest Food Panda order, the items that actually arrived were decent albeit extremely cold. Was very much looking forward to trying the burger as i had seen several great reviews online. However, seeing as it never arrived, it makes it hard to judge.

Tried to call the restaurant to arrange going there myself to pick it up. After 5 separate attempts at calling, i gave up, arranged a refund for my burger through foodpanda (great service on their end), and here we are now!

Usually not one to dish out bad reviews as i once worked in f&b and know how hard the job can be. However, all round bad experience that should be documented for any future orderers.

Poor effort on your first shot, maybe will try go in person some day, or maybe not!

Until then, one can only dream of trying one of...

wow, this restaurant is just pure disappointment!!! first of all it's filthy, there's pieces of chicken and tissues all over the floor and there are flies flying around and ants crawling all over the sofas and floor, just really disgusting considering it's a restaurant! secondly the service and environment is very poor, the waitress seems more interested in her phone and watching videos on it at the counter at a very loud volume louder than the music playing in the restaurant, and she barely responds when i call her for an order as well when others call her, when i pointed this out to her, she started mumbling some insults in her another language like i cannot hear her!!! the food is also very overpriced and small portion and tastes very very bland, this place is a disgrace to canadian style restaurants!

I reserved a table for 4 ppl for 5pm. When I arrived it turned out they don't open til 5:30pm. Not only did they not have my details, they were unapologetic and blamed someone who was recently sacked. We ordered steak and frites and buffalo wings with the homicide sauce. I can take hot and spicy but this was something else. This sauce should come with a healthy and safety warning. Either on the menu or a verbal warning from the staff.... We proceeded with biting the wings and it felt we were being slowly poisoned... It was the highest scale of spicyness I've ever had. Ruined the experience as we were not expecting how crazy hot it would be. Food was overpriced too.... The old North Point joint was better.
