📵No phone reservations, so we walked in at 19:30 on a Saturday evening. 😊Very friendly waitress and service 🤵🏼‍♀️Same group with PICI, both have similar appetisers and desserts

🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴🍴 「𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐉𝐄𝐂𝐓 𝐓𝐀𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆」 With this set, each person may choose 1 appetiser, 1 pizza, and share 1 dessert between 2. this price will apply to everyone on the table may ask for takeaway boxes for bringing home if can’t finish while it’s most cases😂 5 of us chose 5 dishes in each category

☝🏻 𝑨̲̅𝑵̲̅𝑻̲̅𝑰̲̅𝑷̲̅𝑨̲̅𝑺̲̅𝑻̲̅𝑶̲̅ (appetiser)

(with cherry tomato, rocket, olive oil) When cutting the mozzarella shell of burrata, the soft and creamy cheesy filling slowly flowed out. The cheese coating the baby rockets, cherry tomatoes, olive oil and black pepper. Balanced texture and taste ☺️

(Mixed leaves, red onions, jalapeño, pumpkin seeds, honey mustard dressing) Those baby salad leaves were soft and crunchy, very refreshing sauce with kick of jalapeño

(Deep fried mozzarella with pesto dip) Freshly fried mozzarella sticks, crispy bread crumps shell. One stick per person😂

(Yellowfin tuna, orange dressing, mache salad, shallot, capers) Tender texture of the low-fat tune slices, marinated with orange dressing, appetising

(18 months Parma ham, cantaloupe melon) The classic pair of appetiser

𝑷̲̅𝑰̲̅𝒁̲̅𝒁̲̅𝑨̲̅

(Pancetta, quail eggs, tomato sauce, fior di latte) Photogenic dish, evenly distributed pancetta slices and quail eggs. Not too salty 📸

(Pancetta, baked potato, rosemary, domino, fior di latte) A different style of pancetta dish, creamier and soft texture with bake potato and rosemary

(Rocket leaves, parmigiana shaves, tomato sauce, fior di latte) Loving the fresh rockets on pizza, hold the savoury taste back 👍🏻

(Spicy salami, smoked scamorza, tomato sauce, fior di latte) Quite salty because of the salami slices, I would save the salami slice and eat it with the bead crust ☺️

(Fior di latte, spicy sausage, mushroom, parsley pesto)

𝑫̲̅𝑶̲̅𝑳̲̅𝑪̲̅𝑬̲̅ Same dessert with the PICI 3 desserts to be shared between 5 of us Tiramisu x2, white choc mousse x1

Prosecco Extra Dry

💲 10% service charge Total $1402.5 for 5ppl = $280.5 each

🎉🤵🏻‍♀️🤵🏻‍♂️🎉👏🏻 TMI The waitress was super smart, she noticed that we were having a birthday dinner and suggested to bring us a candle while serving dessert. Also she brought us round of lemon liqueur shots as dessert and digester after hell...

I loved this place because it wasn’t just the typical dishes you usually find. I keep hearing my friends telling me Pizza Project has the best Pizza they ever had in Hong Kong. So I decided to try it out. I ordered a set for one person called "FOR ME" set. Which comes with a Starter, a Pizza and a dessert of my choice. I ended up ordering Caprese Salad, Carnivore Pizza & Chocolata. The food tasted so great. The Caprese Salad was beautifully decorated that makes it even more attracting. CHEF Aliscia was the one who prepared the salad. The Carnivore Pizza was just ❤️. Truly it is the best Pizza I've ever tasted in Hong Kong. CHEF John & CHEF Laxman were the ones who made my Pizza. The temperature of the Pizza was perfect. Although it was too much for me to finish myself, but I did because it was really delicious. For Dessert, I ordered Chocolata. CHEF Tika prepared it for me. Its a good way to end the meal with a beautifully made Ice Cream Dessert.Never have I had a more pleasant meal. Priya the manager welcomed me with a beautiful smile and she kept on checking back on the food. It was excellent. Shova was so polite and helpful, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. She also made my drink "Whiskey Coke". It was sooo good. Also to the guy, Neel for the wonderful care who really has the best entertainment in service. He got a Funny, entertaining and Best laugh you'll ever hear.Pizza Project Staffs should get a 5 stars for her helpful service, excellent food and great staff attitude.I'll highly recommended this place to everyone I know. With this kind of food and service, surely guests will have a good time.Thank You Pizza Porject! Will surely be back with all my friends.5 STAR ISNT ENOUGH, ILL ADD ADDITIONAL...

The Pizza Project is the latest opening by the Pirata Group and located along Peel Street. We had our first meal here recently and found this to be a very promising new restaurant in the Central district. Opening hours are 12-3pm (lunch) and 6-11.30pm (dinner). This is a no reservations place so be ready to wait a bit for a table if arriving during peak meal times.

The restaurant is casual and relaxing, service is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was really good as well. It was nice seeing families with children nibbling on their pizzas while other tables of work colleagues enjoying a rounds of aperol spritz and wine with theirs.

Menu is a small and focused. There is a small selection of antipasti, gnocco fritto, desserts and a handful of pizzas. During our meal, we tried one truffle gnocco, which was fried well, filled with nice ricotta cheese. We liked this small order. However, it was overshadowed by the very good pizza that we were served.

On the evening, they were offering a long flat pizza with three combination types for sharing. We tried the Parma, Pesto and Nduja options and found all three to be very good combinations. Toppings were fresh, mixed with the right amount of high quality cheese. They made light use of tasty tomato sauce and the crust was really good, baked well, it was soft with the right amount of firmness.

In the end, we were really surprised how much we liked our meal here. If they can dish out pizzas like this on a consistent basis, Pirata's Pizza Project is going to make a real splash on the food and dining scene in Hong Kong. This is a place I really can't wait to eat...
