This small place is on the seafront, you almost dine by the sea. There are no windows, it just leads to the sea. They have a table at the door facing the sea. On a clear day, you can drink beer and admire the charming Tsing Ma Bridge. Disclaimer: review is for delivery not dine in. Not sure what I expected when I saw Fish & Chick on the delivery app, but it was so far off from dining in I felt compelled to warn others from ordering for delivery. See my photos and judge for yourself if you'd pay 400 HKD for this meal. The fillets were undersized and paper thin, the calamari portion was meager, all but the mash was luke warm. Incidentally, the mash was delicious - creamy, lightly salted, with chunks of the potato skin in every bite. Don't order delivery from here, I'm confident they wouldn't have served this if you were sat there in the restaurant. Or maybe just order the mash and get your main dish elsewhere. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Nice seaside fish and chip restaurant 5 minutes from Kennedy Town MTR station. We had a great birthday lunch here in mid January 2023. Birthday girl got a pan-fried Barramundi with salad. I was having pan-fried sea bass with mashed potatoes. Another friend tried beer-battered Hoki with flat potato chips. All dishes were nicely prepared. Set lunch came with choices of green salad with fried mushrooms (recommended) or smoked salmon. Set lunch came with a drink too. I’ve upgraded to a glass of house red wine. Overall a great lunch experience. We will be back soon!

Sadly all food (including the other two tables' food and soup) came from microwave, which was big shock to me. It was not peak hours so I don't see why they cannot fry by order when their menu emphasize on freshness and changing oil everyday. They didn't even think of hiding the microwave... Taste is good, reasonable price, good view~ but I don't think microwave food is the best way to keep reputation when deep fried food is suppose to be fast food already....

They are nice places to go. Chill out in weekend facing the beautiful HK Harbour I only tried the fish and chips Soft and tender I am only picky on the way it deep fries The crispy skin is too oily and think I tried some other in Ireland and England or Us They are not bad but need a bit more control For the chicken I will try out later I saw other customer having that juicy chicken and I fed it just be good

Value is pretty good with nice portion size and food quality. Excellent fish and chips -- didn't go limp and soggy even an hour after serving. The place itself is quite small (probably seats 20 people at the most) so expect to wait a while during lunch and dinner rush. Takeout is a good option especially in good weather when you can bring your takeout and eat by the bay promenade just across the street.
