Came in on a Thursday night, was told that if we don’t have reservations they can only give us the bar table; the place was empty. Weird but ok.
Sake: overpriced, no single servings, no flights available Wagyu beef tartare: a portion for ants, full egg yolk that proportionally overpowered, piece of gristle included Tuna neck: covered in mustard mayo and baked??? Confusing. 5 egg udon: overcooked packaged udon and Uni wasn’t fresh Tuna with sesame and balsamic: only decent dish, but small portions and wrong temperature
The worst part was the food took a long time to come out while we watched 3-4 chefs chatting idly in the open kitchen.
