This is one place I return to over and over. It’s just a stone grill shop in a supermarket, with counter seats but there’s nothing else like it. It’s your choice of meat cut (ribeye, tenderloin, sirloin, etc) in either 100g, 200g, or 300g, served on a hot stone with a side of rice, salad and a miso soup. For me it’s the hangar streak. What really brings this together is the choice of condiments. And one thing that brings me back over and over is the spicy miso (miso with some hot green chilies). Put that on every bite of steak and rice, it’s absolutely fantastic. Also excellent with chopped garlic, or ponzu sauce. It’s all good—very good. Reasonable price as well. Service is OK. Read more石燒肉效果吾錯 !! 北角匯 糸購物飲食新天地, 今晚在一田超市購物, 行過 野郎Stone Ya Rou Stone, 被那燒肉香氣吸引, 同妹妹停下來, 決定在此吃個燒肉晚餐.
牆上餐牌, 燒肉有多款: 牛, 豚, 羊, 雞. 份量也可以依自己食量點選.
我們找好座位, 在餐單上大家也選了牛小排, 200g. 日本芝士豚肉腸, 加 $30- 又轉了套餐, 有 沙律, 湯, 薯蓉, 飯, (無限添加) 仲有汽水一罐/或茶. 感覺豐富.
燒肉未送到, 大家先細讀 [食用方法] , 依著指示更理想. 牛扒由師傅煎至約一成熟, 再放到烘熱至攝氏 300 度嘅火山石板上面. 送到我們面前, 香氣十足. 枱上放有調味料, 可自行添加: 松露蒜蓉, 黑胡椒, 岩鹽, 柚子醋, 辣椒醬, 胡麻汁. 可以用不同調味, 非常好.
妹妹想吃熟一點, 牛小排烤久一點就可以了. 先食 日本芝士豚肉腸, 爆汁芝士混合豚肉, 遠比雞肉腸美味得多. 統我先吃 椰菜沙律, 簡單清爽, 配上胡麻汁, 加點柚子醋, 變得更美味.
牛小排切割得頗為厚身, 肉質新鮮, 香氣十足. 入口鬆軟, 脂肪唔太多, 油膩感 OK, 肉汁豐富. 燒到剛好時, 燒肉的香氣不停地散發. 加松露蒜蓉, 黑胡椒, 更好食. 店員給我們一個碟, 提醒不要把燒肉放在熱石板太久, 否則過熟. 真窩心.
食燒肉送白飯是常規, 今次多配薯蓉更好味. 白飯是用日本珍珠米, 仲有芝麻紫菜粒, 好食. 再嘗嘗 味噌湯 , 暖暖的一碗, 打開蓋, 湯味濃. 湯內有多塊海藻, 好滑, 湯味也不錯.

佢地有有咁多選擇我又有選擇困難,所以就問左店員有咩推介,佢好nice 都好樂意推介🤗。佢有推薦牛舌👅,不過我唔食所以冇叫。於是我哋就叫左橫隔肌同埋美國精選肉眼。然後我哋就跟據自己食量再簡份量⚖️。
店員話牛扒會先煎左兩邊面,鎖住肉汁,煎到一成熟先至再放上鐵板,所以幾多成熟就睇吓食客將牛扒放喺鐵板上面幾耐。由於鐵板真係燒到好熱,所以會將牛扒嘅表面燒到焦香,令到牛扒嘅味道更加有層次感😵。
🐮橫隔肌🥩 比較厚身,所以比較有口感。牛肉味香濃。我鍾意三成熟,切開仲有粉紅色💗,肉質軟腍,橫隔肌比較少脂肪,但係比肉眼更加多汁💦。店主推介個陣都有講由於橫隔肌比較多汁,比較重身,加上煎完會有少少縮水,所以會細舊啲。
🐮美國精選肉眼🥩 比橫隔肌薄身,同樣juicy同肉質軟腍,感覺油脂含量比較高,所以牛味更加香濃🤤。
我哋加咗$30轉套餐,可以任添麵豉湯,沙律,飯,薯蓉同汽水一罐。絕對唔會食唔飽。
