We came here for dinner with a reservation for a table of four people at 6pm. The restaurant was quiet without many customers. We came from the Bay Area, CA visiting Hong Kong.
The location has the best view at floor 101 and that is one of the reasons we want to try this restaurant even though it is expensive and we want to experience the food and view.
I have to say the foods are very bland and mediocre and you came here to pay a lot of money for the view. I suggest you simply go to the Tram Peak which we spent HKD 324 for the tram tickets for a better view instead of HKD3000+ for the foods that sucks and the view is not as good as the Tram Peak.
The worst part was that I went to the restroom after dinner, and the bathroom cleaning lady started talking to me and asked me how much do I weigh in Chinese inside the bathroom!!!! That was very insulting and I feel very offended. I may be a bit chubby in Asian standard but not in any way chubby in American standard. I complained to the manager and they apologized.
The beef and chicken were good. The rice, veggies and the pigeon were a joke at a restaurant like this one.
I don’t mind the more expensive meal (in USD is about $400 which was about a dinner date back home) but do mind the poor quality and taste and the worse cleaning lady...
Read more作為廣東人,粵菜可謂最得我心。一來不會太重口味,二來也很考功夫,是心機菜。在IG無意刷到ICC新開的閩粵軒,找個原因慰勞辛苦的自己,去吃頓福建閩南菜。裝修雅致亮麗,配上美麗夜境,賞心悅目。因為想試其招牌,所以主要都是散點。
閩南五香卷 係福建省閩南地區的特色名吃。逢年過節、婚壽嫁喜慶時,除了必備鹵面。五香卷亦係唔少得。這個卷食落外皮香脆啖啖肉,食到粒粒馬蹄,一定要點甜辣醬,更加惹味。
禪衣帶子王 造型滿分,隻碟好靚,已經加分!!上枱好似一朵盛開的蘑菇,上面有點點魚子。禪衣是層薄脆,輕身又香脆,下面的帶子炸得香脆,淋上特調醬汁,香口、柔軟、鮮味集於一身。
馬瑙松茸燉雪絨 湯頭以為好清,但清得黎菌味濃郁,湯入面飄浮的絲絲豆腐是師傅的功夫,在湯中蕩漾,搖曳生姿,是妥妥的一道藝術品。
大紅袍乳鴿 木盆一開那刻,那錯綜複雜的香氣撲鼻而來。侍應話呢道菜用妙齡乳鴿,每層風乾再搽醬油,反覆數次。墊底的用上了40多種香料,有濃重的花椒和茶葉香。皮薄香脆,肉嫩多汁,超好食!!
核桃爆炒黑椒和牛粒 核桃香脆帶甜,和牛粒肥美,再加埋骨髓一齊炒,和香口又邪惡,對面那位食唔停口。
荔浦黃金匣 將簡單的食材做出不平凡的味道就是這道菜的最佳形容。用了荔浦的芋頭搗碎成泥,重覆4-5次,變成了口感細緻的芋泥,再撈入忌廉拎去炸,不單外皮超香脆,芋餅質感細緻,再淋上菇菌醬,這個真係必食!!!
泉州特色滷麵 入面料很足,湯底又濃又鮮,魷魚、蠔仔、蛋絲、芫荽、肉碎、冬菇絲、芹菜,豐富口感,欣賞其麵條不長,方便進食,這個主食,好啱我胃口。
荔枝石榴露 食完一輪熱葷,吃這甜品剛好!!石榴露質地幼滑帶荔枝香,有粒粒番石榴肉,還有西米和椰果。這甜品無疑是小清新,能收解膩之效,口腔有餘香。
雖然是小試牛刀的一餐,没有點好貴的菜,但每道菜食得出廚...
