What I liked quick and efficient service (admittedly HK was flooded, so very few people about) food was good and not over seasoned omelette was perfectly cooked ordered the friend pork chop with omelette rice, which was good no single use plastic relaxed setting (even if the customer next to me kept coughing without putting his hand over his mouth) I enjoyed the complimentary water with fruit bits
What I see as improvements whilst I see they have made an effort to eradicate single use plastic, which is commendable, paper is still a finite resource..I would recommend having reusable cutlery and china and glass for eat-in, and offer paper straws instead of plastic price is on the higher end, but I believe you pay more for the quality of the food and products used.. availability of additional sauce and seasoning should be on offer (salt, pepper, chili). Food was healthy tasting but slightly bland
Overall, a satisfactory experience that could climb higher for me based on the feedback above. Strive to be the best and how about being more eco-friendly and community driven - set yourself apart by being a sustainable restaurant (in food, packaging, people)- customers will...

Shockingly, the staff responded with a dismissive remark about the cooking time for a waffle, which felt like a completely inadequate excuse. While the food itself was commendable, the overall experience was tarnished by these missteps. I suggest their staff should inform each customer about the self-service/fast food characteristics during the line-up and be truthful in admitting...

Also you'll receive a stamp for every $80 spent; pretty easy to accumulate 3 stamps to get a free drink and 5 stamps to land on a free dessert! The Earl Grey tea is devine ♡ Well I always have a thing for Earl Grey so may probably sound bias XD Besides, those who dine in will receive 15% off without a minimum charge but the catch is to be a Cityplaza Live + Member so as to register its app to enjoy the year-round benefits. It's of utmost importance to debate whether or not it's truly a benefit for you or simply a rip-off. Happy...
