Time Constraints: You only have 45 minutes for lunch after a long wait.

Food Quality: The shrimp spaghetti with lobster sauce is underwhelming—cold and bland. You can only order all-day breakfast and cake after 3 PM. For $200, there are better options in Taikoo Place.

Service Issues: After finishing our main course, the waitress cleared our plates while our side dishes remained. We were unaware of the 45-minute limit. Fifteen minutes before time was up, they brought the bill, and five minutes later, the payment machine. Even as we struggled to finish, we were asked to leave with no flexibility or care.

While the atmosphere may be Instagram-worthy, the food and service are lacking. Best of luck to them; we won't...

Massively overrated. (Visited on Sunday, Aug 17)

Service: Pasta didn't arrive after 45min and we had to follow up. Good looking staff, I'll give them that much. Decent attitude, filling water actively.

Pasta: Mediocre. Searching for any hint of flavour as the meagre amount of sauce was left at the bottom of the plate, leaving us chewing plain pasta. The frozen shrimp had more flavour than the pasta.

Pistachio cheesecake: Awful. Texture more like pistachio mush than cheesecake, not creamy at all. Flavour lacking, like simply pistachio mush mixed with cream cheese.

walked in 2:30 pm. The restaurant is not very busy, but the staff is very “laid back”. Only 2 staff , 1 was serving food and playing her phone while waiting. The other was “off duty”. No option for how well you want the beef to be cooked. Food took 20 plus minutes to deliver .

I asked for the tea that should come along with the set, staff claimed “drink is not included after lunch hour” Napkin or water were not available for customers. And you are charged 10% service charge . I paid $171 for the...
