I recently visited The Red Cuisine which serves authentic Sichuan cuisine. I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The food was absolutely delicious! The prices were very reasonable, and I felt that I got great value for my money.
The service was also excellent, with friendly and attentive staff (fluent in English!) who were happy to make recommendations and ensure that my dining experience was enjoyable. The restaurant had welcoming atmosphere, making it the perfect spot for a casual meal with friends or family.
One dish I particularly enjoyed was the ChongQuing spicy beef, it was rich and flavourful with a perfect level of spiciness. The handmade dumplings were also noteworthy.
Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious and affordable Sichuan cuisine. The food, service, and atmosphere were all top-notch, and I will definitely be returning...
Read moreThis place has become one of my favorite spots in HK (coming from a 6 month old Gweilo). Going to come back to try the mapa tofu fish, which apparently you need to order one day ahead - which i'll definitely do next time!
And for other Gweilos out there - the two ownes (sisters) speak perfect English, and if the pictures of food all over the wall isn't enough, they have English menus too.

Food: everything was spicy except the deep fried bun with condense milk. The flavor were good, cooking execution was also good except that its all spicy and eventually all tasted the same
Service: it was fast and was less busy too
