Havent got a clue why its called Husband roll, but maybe the way its called in chinese sounds similar to husband. Prawn pork roll in chinese is pronounced Hah ju beng, and the Chinese way of pronouncing Husband is "Hah si Ban", so maybe they thought it was similar. Anyway, the husband roll is basically a roti with pork, lettuce and prawn paste filling. The roti is flaky and crispy on the outside. The prawn paste wasn't salty at all.
