Stopped here for lunch with my family. Owner/manager waited on us himself. It was already pretty late (nearly 3 PM), so there was only one other table with four French visitors. Overheard the owner chatting with them about French wines, lots of laughter and smiles. Our dishes (sautéed seafood, fried noodles, vegetables, etc.) were fresh, cheap, and delicious.
