The food here is absolutely mediocre and more on the bad side. I ordered a regular hambuger, and the first bite was already enough for me to know that I'd never come back here again. The buns were mushy, the lettuce and tomatoes were stale and oddly soft, the cheese was rubbery and the meat was as thin as a piece of paper. Not to mention, it was extremely dry.
The only decent items on the menu are the milkshakes and the Cajun Fries. But beware, they're also pretty expensive.
I am baffled by how unaffordable this fast-food chain is. 90hkd ~ 150 hkd for a single burger is pretty mind blowing. If they were exceptional burgers and had high-quality, pricey, melt-in-your-mouth meat in them, I'd understand the price. However, it's the total opposite. You'd likely regret even trying out this restaurant for the rest of your life.

Milkshake is a good item too, but I started to feel fed up the fourth time I tasted it as it felt too heavy to pair up with the big-size burger today. Perhaps I was not starving enough. Next time I will change back to fizzy drinks, it offer unlimited refill.
What I appreciate is their self-serving supply of tissue. It's convenient for both patreons and shopkeepers. Many HK restaurants are so unwilling to provide tissue. However, they don't provide free water.
And the mall washroom is just right next to...
