This charming restaurant, with its gothic-style decor, exudes a cozy and welcoming ambiance, reminiscent of a family-run business. It's hard to believe that such a hidden gem exists in the bustling heart of Yau Ma Tei. The quality of the food is on par with that of a fine hotel, leaving us pleasantly surprised.

▶️ 松露蘑菇湯 Truffle and wild mushroom soup 聞落已經好「松露」味😌 上面加咗少許油同香草作點綴 味道香濃而唔會太鹹 稀杰度啱啱好,一路飲可以食到一粒粒絞碎咗嘅蘑菇粒🍄好有質感 配埋即烘烤迷你香脆多士🍞完美組合 (有啲嫌佢個多士太細塊添🤣)
▶️ 南瓜湯 Pumpkin soup with cream 南瓜湯好順滑🎃味道鮮甜,應該係本身南瓜夠靚夠熟 用忌廉拉花,打卡啱晒 忌廉同湯融為一體,飲落唔會好覺 南瓜湯唔算好creamy,但自己幾鍾意佢味道夠原始 (出邊有啲可能會落椰奶或大量忌廉調味)
▶️ 精選牛扒配特色海鹽 Signature steak with special sea salt 牛扒Medium rare,中間呈鮮紅色🥩 充滿牛味而且肉質鮮嫩軟腍,只有少許筋位 好特別係配有三種特選海鹽: 一種係來自意大利嘅,特質係帶有煙熏味道,三款入面最濃味嘅一個,亦係自己覺得最好食嘅😍 中間係來自日本嘅櫻花鹽🌸侍應介紹話會有啲洛神花味,食落酸酸地,三款入面最幼細嘅 最後黑色嗰個係來自夏威夷嘅🖤最粗粒所以會咬到一粒粒,個人覺得好似黑楜椒,鹹味相對最低 三款海鹽都好食,即使本身牛肉已經夠味,點一點海鹽食又係另一個level😆 伴菜亦唔輸蝕,有車厘茄、蘑菇、秋葵同埋南瓜蓉,全部都好新鮮🥬南瓜蓉同湯一樣咁甜咁滑
▶️ 卡邦尼意粉Spaghetti Carbonara ($138) 以為平平無奇,但超出色! 上盤已經好靚好大份 (2-3人份),醬汁呈金黃色 芝士蛋黃醬杰度適中,黏住每條意粉,平均分佈,無需自己再撈勻 食落好夠味,「芝士」得來唔會heavy或快膩🧀反而令你想一口接一口 碟上加咗少許紅色辣油,所以某啲部份會微辣 另外當然唔少得蘑菇同切片煙肉🥓帶啲鹹香 本身意大利粉粗身,時間控制得啱啱好,麵質al dente,咬落煙靭有嚼口🍝好耐冇食過咁高質嘅意粉~ 嚟到一定要叫返一個!(set冇呢個選擇,只能散叫,但絕對值得)
▶️ 是日甜品 冬天10度食雪糕🥶冇辦法啦 一球雲呢拿雪糕🍨配上三粒棉花糖同朱古力醬 上枱雪糕已經溶溶地,好過佢太冰凍嘅 會見到一粒粒雲呢拿籽,所以雲呢拿味幾出 朱古力醬只係少量,唔會太甜 都係一個幾好作結嘅甜品嚟嘅,係凍啲囉keke
