Pacific Coffee — Restaurant in Hong Kong

An incident took place one day after my birthday on July 7th at Pacific Coffee House located on 1st floor of Kolour Mall:

Date: July 7th Time: 10.50 am A man with glasses and young girl at the counter.

Refuse to give me a glass of water ask me to buy a drink first. This is extremely shameful as I just top up my loyalty card and they didn't have a human decency to give a glass of water.

Where is PCH Humanity? Pacific Coffee House Kolour Mall branch in Tsuen Wan. One of the worst customer service Coffee shop in the world. I arrived in the morning of July 7th, 2023 and top up my loyalty card no:1048387689124231.

After an hour I went back to the counter to ask for a glass of water as I wanted to take medicine, I was told that I need to purchase some thing as they are not allowed to give me water by the company's management.

A young girl and a man with glasses worst staff any company can have on their payroll.

No human decency of any kind. Pathetic, never buy a Coffee, never invest in their loyalty program and never expect a company that has no compassion for their existing customers don't deserve any business of any kind. End of humanity from this company.

This is a branch regularly visited by myself and my wife at least 4 to 5 times a week.

This is unacceptable behavior and no apology will cut this inhuman decency by your staff member.

How can you refuse someone as basic as tap water? You need to buy something to get water? Is this the level of human decency PCH had gone down too?

Very disappointing to receive a refusal from your store staff even after topping up the loyalty card.

Very sad, I will write my reviews tell all my 70 staff members at office who are mostly expats not to buy any coffee from your shop where there is no human decency and compassion for its customers especially loyal customers.

I really enjoy the Nina Mall Pacific Coffee. It has an area which is open and bright, where you can sit by the window and look out onto the park.
