🌟 Underrated No More: PARKSIDE@NINA Shines with a 5/5! 🌟
🍽️ Visited PARKSIDE@NINA on a weekday evening around 6 PM, and by 6:30, the place was already bustling with diners. The high ceilings and elegant interiors immediately catch your eye, making it an Instagram-worthy spot perfect for both casual dining and special occasions. The wood fossil-themed decor and beautiful lighting create a unique, photogenic ambiance that’s hard to find elsewhere in Hong Kong.
🥗 We tried a few dishes, and they did not disappoint! Each dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor, reflecting the restaurant's attention to detail. The combination of textures and tastes made for a delightful dining experience. I would give it a 5/5 rating overall. While the restaurant may currently be underrated, it could be due to being a new spot with some variations in kitchen quality. Nonetheless, it’s definitely worth a visit, and I’m excited to see how they continue to develop!

Check out the interior of this restaurant! From the design of it to the quality of food, they are nothing but amazing! 🤩 The place is so pretty that some customers were taking photos too! 📸 As for the food, here are what we tried:
•𝐋𝐨𝐛𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐨 This is the perfect starter of the meal! The lobster 🦞 flavour is so heavy and I can’t stop dipping the garlic bread in it!
•𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐟 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐭 & 𝐓𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐢 The braised beef brisket is so soft and well marinated! 🐄 The rigatoni was chewy and satisfying to have!
•𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐢 & 𝐀𝐫𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐏𝐢𝐳𝐳𝐚 This is my first time trying a sourdough pizza, 🍕 and it tastes interesting! Covered with lots of cheese and ham on top while the arugula gives a rather refreshing taste!
•𝐁𝐚𝐛𝐲 𝐁𝐨𝐲 & 𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐏𝐢𝐧𝐤 Here are some signature drinks! Baby boy was a yogurt soda drink, refreshing and sweet! While love pink suprised me with heavy strawberry flavour! 🍓

Read moreI’ve had my eye on this Instagram-worthy restaurant for a while, and I finally got the chance to try it. Booking a table is a must to secure a prime photo spot, but the 1.5-hour dining limit felt a bit rushed—by the time you chat and snap photos, they’re already asking you to leave, even if you haven’t finished. The service is decent but nothing exceptional.
That said, the restaurant’s environment is stunningly beautiful, with its wood fossil theme and European cathedral-style design, including high ceilings and arched windows. If not for the time pressure, it would be incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The food was tasty overall, and my favorite was the pizza—chewy and delightfully crispy.
Located on the 2nd floor of Nina Mall Phase 1 in Tsuen Wan (near Tsuen Wan West MTR Station Exit D, about a 6-minute walk), it’s worth a visit for the ambiance and food, just plan...
