Regal Court is not really big with a large main room, guess placing around twenty tables, and they also have private room, the environment is elegant and comsy, having a enjoyable dinner here haaa

Braised Grouper Fillet with Mushroom and Pork Belly Casserole is a bit too salty, esp the grouper fillets, and also these are not really fillet instead they are grouper bonds with some meats lollll, not very enjoyable eating these groupers sadly, you can find some small cabbages insides the pot too, last time tried same dishes in Tsui Hang Village which having much better one, so sad this time not meeting a really good standard

Fried Rice with Eel, Japanese Crab Roe and Egg White is tasting real good with soft rice texture, i like a lovely pieces of egg white haaa, the taste won’t be too over or too salty, yummy fried eel is good haaa, i got surprised with the great portion, having a whole slice of fried eel yaya

Pan fried Beef Tenderloin with sweet and sour sauce, beef is okay, i like fried onion, tasting good with sweet sauce, though pretty too sweet

Roast Goose having good look and good fat ratio, and goose skin is lovely, my dad’s favorite dish haaa

Sou Mei having mild flavor and it’s much easier to savor tea essence

The food quality is above average standard, except braised grouper, way too salty and full of bonds sosad, but overall the taste is good with relatively great portion, such a good choice for family dinner haa, but the toilet is a bit dirty when comparing with other hotel restaurant…

I made a table reservation through the Regal Court online reservation system to celebrate Chinese New Year and received a confirmation email. However, there was no response from the restaurant for a few days. Concerned about the lack of confirmation, I called the restaurant just before heading there with my family and relatives. To my surprise, the staff informed me that there was no reservation since they hadn't received any request from the Regal Court online reservation system. It was unsettling to discover the system had failed, and I'm grateful I called ahead. This experience was disappointing, and I recommend addressing the issues with the Regal Court online reservation system and should avoiding reliance on their online...
