Poached mutton in stock having quite mutton pieces, but again having no goat flavor at all loll
Braised Duck with beijing onions in brown sugar is too sweet…the duck simply having no flavor at all like dipping into the soup for long lollll, only good ingredients here are mushroom and cabbages lollll
Fried rice with shrimps, sea cucumber and chicken is okay, with chewy shrimps haha but i can’t taste any sea cucumber
Honestly no need coming here at all because the dishes bring great disappointment to my family sosad, maybe any one of chinese restaurants having better cooking than here lol
