One of favorite local restaurants in East Tsim Sha Tsui. Came for a simple dinner. Braised grouper and Bitter melon pumpkin we’re good. Because of busy hour, they forgot to serve congee.
Paul, the manager, apologized and promised to make things right on my next visit.
We came again for simple dim sum. The minute I mention Paul’s name, his colleague called him.

Everyone was attentive and helpful.

A QR code is provided as additional choices for customers to order dim sum but the previous orders was not showing, so it's easy to duplicate order or over-order, incomplete...
