Spicy Restaurant — Restaurant in Hong Kong

Great Sichuan restaurant hidden amongst all the market vendors. The food are above average and price is very reasonable. Highly recommend the fried bun ($48), the best I have had in Hong Kong! The bun was soft and fluffy (unlike those frozen ones which can taste dry) the bun was crispy, perfectly fried and didn’t feel oily and there was a slightly hint of ginger which I think they used for the batter. The dried hot pot taste was fragrant and came with a lot of other vegetables. The pickle vegetables fish was also very refreshing, the broth wasn’t overpowering and we ended up drinking most of the soup. a great si-chun restaurant to have very spicy food! many dishes were nice and this time we picked the fried shredded potatos, it looked simple but actually was very flavourful with the chili! then the main we had the sour fish in soup and the red hot chili beef! they're both very exiting on the palate and the lips! and it's exactly the way that we wanted for this spicy meal!! was wondering shall we have some rice to go with (in case it's too hot) but finally we could handle it and the portion was big enough that no carb was needed! we all went out with red faces and big lips LOL...
