Tong Chong Street Market (TCSM) — Local services in Hong Kong

The market has really grown over the past few years and the variety of vendors has really gotten better. The theme changes as the year progresses so the vendors will change as well. The street market typically opens in the late fall and ends before spring time (essentially when its not that hot).

Food is a bit on the expensive side and I think the market is better for snacking then having a full meal. The speed of service can also be an issue sometimes as the vendors may not be used to making food in this type of environment.

I recommend coming if you haven’t been and I will typically come a few times during the season...

When coming to waste reduction and recycling, the organiser really attends to the details by setting up a washing booth for customers to wash their own utensil or the disposable...

It's great to see people organising Christmas fair with music.

A good selection of goods and worth getting some unique gifts.

The atmosphere is very joyous and Santa looks friendly.
