For the company dinner, I boldly made a reservation two weeks in advance after coming across the restaurant on Instagram. With a group of over ten people, the staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring we were seated comfortably and providing excellent service throughout.

The food quality was outstanding, with delicious flavors and especially remarkable desserts. What made me happiest was seeing my colleagues thoroughly satisfied with my choice. I look forward to supporting this establishment again in the future.

窗邊座位, 可以看見樓下街景. 設有大型酒吧, 主要入口歐州酒. 服務員招呼很好, 送上白開水, 又遞上餐牌,

我們點了 經典雅致二人晚餐, $680/ 2 位. 包括生蠔拼盤, 湯, 海鮮意粉, 主食, 甜品. 好豐富.

點完餐後, 侍應隨即送上一籃子餐包及牛油, 餐包有三款, 意大利麵包條, 入口香脆. 微暖的香草麵包, 質感香軟鬆彈, 塗上牛油味道真不錯.

精選生蠔拼盤, Daily Catch Oyster Platter. 今日提供蘇格蘭生蠔, 6隻, 每入三隻. 配備 檸檬, 紅酒醋汁, 蕃茄海鮮汁. 愛爾蘭生蠔, 形狀比較扁, 蠔身亦較長, 蠔肉中等大小.蠔肉味鮮甜, 嫩滑帶脆. 帶子位大而爽口, 海水味和蠔味兼備, 味道鮮鹹. 蠔肉飽滿食到中間開始滲出甜鮮, 真美味. 只要吃過一次, 保證對愛爾蘭生蠔的美味愛上.

Daily Soup 是日餐湯有兩款: 蘑菇忌廉湯, 古法牛尾清湯. 適合我們各有喜好. 牛尾清湯, 牛肉味濃甜. 配上粟米雜豆, 更有口感.

蘑菇忌廉湯, 蘑菇打得夠滑, 有濃郁菇菌味, 香噴噴的蘑菇味撲鼻而來, 濃淡適中, 飲得滿意.

香蒜蜆肉意粉 Spaghetti Clams Vongole 意大利粉炒得好香, 蒜香味突出. 蜆肉味質鮮甜, 厚肉, 配上煙韌彈牙意粉, 吃起來有點咬口, 用上橄欖油來烹調, 感覺清新又健康.

炭燒美國黑安格斯肉 Char-grilled US Black Angus Rib-eye (350 g.) 伴有烤翠玉瓜, 南瓜, 薯仔, 車厘茄. 廚師已把牛扒切件送上, 方便分嚐, 真貼心. 黑安格斯肉, 有炭燒味香, 外層燒到熟透, 裡面依然保留粉紅色, 肉質嫩滑. 咬落去肉汁豐富, 牛味好濃郁.
