I am a Genki Sushi fan in Philippines. I was amazed by the staff in Genki Sushi - Hongkong. They are very accommodating and helped us to connect ASAP once we arrived becaise they knew that the location has slow mobile data reception. In addition, they offered us a link with the Hongkong Tourism Board promo of 100 HKD per visitor so that we can have discount from our total bill. Overall, I am happy with their service and I would love to visit the store again. Keep it up Genki Sushi Hongkong!!!

It's for the staff I gave 2 stars ! Or not ... Hopefully it's not too expensive... But the quality is terrible... the rice is not that great, the quality of the tuna was terrible it was difficult to chew. The salmon was very good at first and then very disappointed... The cheesecake is frozen ... I change about the staff... Smart to clean the restaurant before the closing time when still have customers... I don't want smell the chemical while I eat 😡 I understand why the place is empty...

Decently sized sit down area. Small groups only. Nice variety of sushi, freshly made. Only negative I would comment on is they did not give enough soya sauce, so remember to ask for loads more.

I have only been to one other conveyor belt sushi restaurant in Asia, and that was 2 years ago. Genki Sushi in Hong Kong couldn't possibly be as good as I remember the other was, could it? On the table was powdered tea, a hot water dispenser, ginger with tongs, soy sauce. and itensils. There is a paper menu but it's really easy to go through the QR code to order from your phone. The price for each plate or food is right there on the food list with a photo of each food. You place your order of small servings of whatever you want and if you chose a 'train' table, a sleek, high-speed train delivers parts of your order to your table as they become ready. As you enjoy your selections, trains will pass by, delivering to other customers. When you want more, just order on your phone again and the train will deliver again. The menu includes more than sushi and sashimi. Other options include hot food, green choices, udon, desserts, and drinks. So, was it as good as my food experience with another company 2 years ago?
