I’d heard good things about this place and I was excited to try it out.
I ordered the cheapest pork ramen, added $15 for two extra char siu. The fat part of the char siu was very soft but meat park was surprisingly tough and not barbecued enough. Not tasty. The broth was also not as good as I expected. It just tasted salty, I couldn’t taste the essences of the porks or ingredients. This restaurant always has a line waiting outside whenever it is dinner time! With so many people dining here, I have to know what they have to offer! 🫣 Therefore, I went and tried:
•𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐚-𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐲 𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐛𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐭𝐬𝐮𝐤𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧 The broth is simply amazing! 🤩 The noodles carry the soup so much that it tastes wonderful every bite! The pork is also roasted so it has a heavier flavour! 😋
•𝐋𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐲 𝐬𝐚𝐮𝐜𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐡 𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧 The soy sauce flavour is on the heavy side with the pork 🐖 being a perfect add-on for the ramen!
•𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐚𝐠𝐞 It is much crispier than those we usually tried and they taste great with the sauce! 🤤
•𝐖𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐦𝐚 𝐓𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐎𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐓𝐞𝐚 & 𝐋𝐲𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐞 𝐉𝐚𝐬𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐓𝐞𝐚 The drinks are very unique in terms of flavour! The fruity flavour is outstanding for both and definitely refreshing for a savory meal! 🍊

The oysters are charcoal-grilled until creamy and paired with tender char siu and chicken slices. Then there’s the Chicken White Broth Ramen, a crowd favorite. The broth is packed with flavor from slow-cooked chicken bones, and the noodles absorb it beautifully. Toppings like corn, asparagus, char siu, soft chicken breast, and a runny yolk egg make it extra comforting. Don’t miss the Karaage Fried Chicken—crispy outside, juicy inside, and a splash of lemon takes it to the next level. All these dishes are flavorful, comforting, and...
