自從上次喺朋友屋企食過通記辣椒油，就好想去拜會一下呢間舖。呢間舖頭位置，係喺先達商場斜對面通菜街入口，咁啱離我公司不遠，今日有幸可以坐低一試。門面唔似一啲較新嘅裝修嘅粉面檔，望落去估計應該經營左40年以上。鋪面格式簡單，有透明玻璃將廚房表露無遺，通記沒有茶水間（即沒有奶茶，咖啡，檸茶，檸水供應)只有細支裝汽水，烏龍茶。一入鋪二話不說叫咗碗牛筋牛腩米，馬上試一口清湯，味道很清，感覺上沒有太多味精或腩汁味太重。牛筋牛腩比例較一般粉面檔多，雙拼粉面售價只是$45，比起元朗著名粉面平。之後見到餐牌，有自家製魚片、魚蛋、墨魚丸、牛丸。就叫咗一碗剩牛丸試試，一來便是七粒大大粒牛丸，忍不住口馬上咬一下，爆汁彈到我左邊手臂。真係好似某套戲入邊好想大聲叫《好好味呀～》值得一題係佢個辣椒醬，如果你自問自己可以食得好辣，可以嚟呢度對自己＂接受到嘅辣度＂進行一次測驗，Good Luck。如果你有機會行過通菜街不妨都到上址一試。

離家附近的拉麵店也嚐了一遍，就打算一試拉麵大叔group推薦的港式粉麵餐廳。

端上來的，是一碗看似平平無奇的牛丸魚蛋河。湯——清甜；牛丸——爽口鮮香；魚丸——彈牙而有一絲魚腥。這碗河粉四平八穩，四十五元，不過不失。

然而，我的一小舉動改變了整頓飯的命運。

人最棹忌的，就是無聊。無聊會做什麼？當然是尋找刺激。既然是新的一年，那就不妨來點刺激，有趣的。望着桌上用鐵壺乘着的辣椒漿，我禁不住自己的手，用細小的匙羹乘着多得形成小山的辣椒醬，打算將其送入平淡的湯河。

「你肯定你要加咁多！？亅

老闆娘碰巧經過，看着我手上的匙羹驚嘆地問。「我上次食加咗半羹已經辣到死。亅「吓？真係㗎？咁我加少啲啦。」

不信邪的我決是加了平平整整的一羹辣椒醬進入湯河。

將辣椒醬加入湯河之後，我更是用筷子攪拌，希望辣味能夠平均分布。我將加入辣椒醬後的河粉送入口中，剛剛的質疑實在讓我萬分後悔。心中的一切雜念，如長煙一空，腦中只剩下二字——「仆街亅

第二口——「你老母仆街亅。

我對辣的認知被毫無懸念地打破，舌頭上彷彿有成千上萬隻子彈蟻，不斷地咬着我的舌頭。而第一口剛吞下的，也使我的喉嚨開始灼燒，恍如生吞了火炭般。
