This used to be a better place pre-covid. But now, not only were the waitresses lacking in customer service, they were simply dishonest.
We previously booked a table for 5. After giving the details, we weren't asked to follow her to the seat. The receptionist simply walked, expecting us to follow.
When ordering the lunch, there was only an à-la-carte menu, so I first ordered the pork noodles for $76 with no drink. The waitress quickly ordered it. Only after the food came and as my family members started ordering did I realize there was also a set lunch menu. My pork noodles only cost $72 and included a drink too. So I asked the waitress if my pork noodles included a drink. She unwillingly said yes. Had I not said anything, she would've happily charged me $4 extra and saved on the drink.
When I asked for a glass of warm water, the 1st waitress looked at me and then looked the other way and setup tables nearby. The 2nd waitress stared at me for a second before finally giving me a cup. I expected more from a The...

Ordered 3 items: promotional Vietnamese appetiser platter HK$67 (original price HK$167); fried Vietnamese noodles with seafood HK$88 and Vietnamese iced dripped coffee HK$35.

The traditional deep fried spring roll was probably the saving grace of the dish.
There’s a little surprise to the fried noodle dish: it’s served with three pieces of rather good size squid in whole.
By the time the coffee finished dripping, there was quite a line waiting to be seated so I didn’t quite get to enjoy, even though I was way below the allocated 1.5h dining limit.
I was drawn to the restaurant for its 4.0 rating which I now find exaggerated...

When we finally got seated, I asked for their special beef noodle soup (which is the main Viet cuisine dish), and they didn’t have it. They recommended the fancier beef version of the pho and charged us $83hkd for a bowl with only 2 bites of pho and 3 slices of beef.
This is the most ridiculous Viet restaurant I’ve been in and it’s a “tourist trap”....
