I started prenatal yoga at week 13 n joined the pain relief workshop as well. Really thankful for the regular classes all along to help me prepare for a happy pregnancy with exercises to train my strength. I would highly recommend the pain relief workshop as I can visualise what I would undergo with my husband and how he can be useful in the delivery process. I am thankful for the breathing and relaxation techniques, the distraction exercises to help prepare for a quicker n less stressful delivery. It was an amazing journey. I felt the pain and in 4 hours’ time after the pain I saw bloody discharge and broke my water and very soon I was ready to delivery suite and in two hours’ time the baby is out. The yoga exercises really helped a lot to make the process less stressful and in some way under control for a less painful delivery progress!!! I didn’t require other pain killers except for the routine laughing gas😂😂😂 I believe in post natal yoga to help me in my recovery...
