My favorite harbour seaview is in front of you haaa, good view, but sadly the waiters arrange us into the corner side and the view is less attractive but good we can see HK palace museum haaa, one of my fav museum in hk yaya, it’d be perfect if having better seating arrangement, the food quality is pretty high too even we come here for lunch the standard is quite high

we ordered three courses and picked 63°c Poached Egg with Shallot Puree, it looks lovely and so much better than my expectation, good look and yummy puree, you can see a half boiled eggs in the middle looking cuteee haa, and the taste is soso good, such a great choice

18-months Parma Ham with Melon added with hkd28, i like sweet melon haaa, but as usual i don’t like parma ham loll

For our main, we ordered Spaghetti with Prawn and Garlic, the quantity is better than i think, spaghetti is chewy and the prawns taste sweet and fresh, such a good dishes, with a lovely small tomatoes haa

Another main we ordered Charcoal Grilled Australia 6oz M5 Wagyu Ribeye with Black Truffle Sauce, added with hkd98 is nice ah with tender texture

Cheesecake with vanilla ice cream is delicious and i like the ice cream good cooling down in summer time

Seriously, their lunch set is so valuable with very good taste haaa, esp op you can enjoy the meal at the weekend and the portion is larger than i expect too

A friend from Toronto stayed in TST wanted an Italian lunch with a view, Palco I picked! Situated at the furthest end of Harbour City, all tables basically could viewed the west side of the harbour plus high ceiling, place was open, airy & not noisy thanks to decent customers. Quick glance food & wine menu, mid range pricing for a good looking restaurant, wow! Extra dry DOCG prosecco arrived with home made bread, olive oil cuddled with balsamic vinigar, what a perfect marriage, I could live with them forever🥂🥂 Chose the 4 courses recommended set lunch, not top edge, but for the price it was a steal, 369/set😳 We picked almost every choice from the menu, paid extra for waygu beef…. all tastes good except duck confit was from frozen overnight or recooked, dry & tough, reflected to manager, he should have replaced it with other dish, instead an apology! Basic restaurant manner to show their care for their care & reputation, to turn customer to client!
