I made a reservation a day before on Klook with a buffet promo (surprised to see one). Instant booking and confirmation. I was with my family 4 of us dined in lunch Saturday (11may19)

Atmosphere- It was good. Just right. We had a good sofa seat. Thankfully. There’s not much of them but it made us feel more warm. Nice ambient lighting and the place isn’t too big but just right enough to accommodate.

Food quantities/varieties- Walking around the buffet station, I was pretty impressed by the food being served. Many desserts, starters, and mains. I really don’t know why many people gives poor review. Honestly speaking it’s just the right amount.

Tastes- I’d say the starters and mains were probably not a lot but was in good quality. They had carving stations too. The Indian cuisine was about average. I think Chung king mansion may taste better but I don’t think this will harm your appetite. (Just don’t get too much if you’re not satisfied). I enjoyed the desserts as well, Movernpick and scrumptious cakes with a lot of Mother’s Day topping overall I was satisfied.

Verdict- I’d recommend this place. And try out the other partner hotel Marco Polo prince hotel ‘add restaurant’ the name. They have a lot of Asian influence mainly Thai. Really good. I had once for dinner on a weekend. Definitely recommended.

I’m supposed to rate a 4.5 ish but for now I’ll give a 5 to boost the overall review but I feel like the review from most of these people were just being biased. (😒) well maybe dinner is the same. For the price I think it was above average. $365 per person. I don’t know about dinner I think double. And could be the same food which then I think it’s not worth. But let me know...

I recently dined at a restaurant that left me quite disappointed. The overall quality of the food was mediocre, particularly the sashimi. The tuna was not fresh and had noticeable blood water, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the selection of dishes was limited, making it hard to find something appealing.

The only highlights were the long-legged crab and lobster, which were enjoyable. However, considering the buy-one-get-one-free offer, the average cost per person was around $400. For original price, it costs 658$. I believe there are better options available in the area.

Another downside was the restroom situation. It was under maintenance, requiring us to take an elevator to the 6th floor to find a toilet, which was...

It was because of the weekend Saturday, unexpectedly the dining hall was not so packed by people. Even tough you will not expect too much of the afternoon buffet in selctions of foods but it was a specialty of quality dishes, like sushies, fresh salmon sashimi,Indian dosas with the slightly hot red flower curry rice. The faboulous is the various sweeties dessert to make you a tast of the joyfulness of this buffet. Don't forget to have a small bowl of curry beeft brisket rice to pour on the red curry sauces. The Cafe Marco will never forget to have a relaxing dining atmosphere to make people immersing in the joy of qualify of foods. It is worth to spend a weekend here at a cost of HK$350+ per head by this...

For most of the 90 minutes I was there, I was the only non Chinese diner. Which was fun. But it tells you who the place is aimed at, culinarily speaking. Halal appeared to be absent so I had to choose fish, which was okay as there was a lot of it. Quality was good and despite being busy the staff coped well. This is also the breakfast time venue for the hotel and the food was good, albeit limited for European tastes. Weirdly I found it had what was labelled as "halal bread". As a Muslim, I can say I didn't know there was such a thing. But at least it gave me a morning laugh.

Quite a nice buffet. Sashimi is good but limited to salmon, yellow tail, herring and sayuri. Some indian food for vegans and standard cooked hk fare. Fresh seafood includes Alaskan crab legs, mussels, clams, medium sized prawns & shellfish. Unfortunately the western cut meats are a let down, all dried and chewy, the roast pork knuckle is still ok. Desserts is nice snd have 3 flavours of Hagen Dazs ice cream too Best part is free flow Sonderberg beer is just a hk$10 top up for those who drink. Overall satisfied and good value.
