I would like to thank Ada for taking care of us while we stayed and she handle our reservation for dinner. Pastry and bake good are done inhouse. All very fresh. For breakfast the selección for western dishes and Cantonese dishes were very good. The ingredients were fresh and well prepare. I enjoyed the noodle and rice soup. All the juices were freshly squeezed. The dinner buffet was outstanding. Unlimited lobster, fresh oyters, peking duck, roasted piglet, lamb chops, prime ribs, Sashimi and Sushi. The ice cream was outstanding. The serving staff for breakfast and dinner were very courteous and quick in keeping the table clear. I will stay at the Langham Hotel again in my future trip to Hong Kong. Our check in process was quick. We were upgrade to a nice room on the 12th floor. The room was beutiful and had a nice view of the city. Water bottles are provided every day. They also had a nice welcome dish of chocolates and fruits which are changed every day.
