I recently purchased a couple of pairs of sunglasses from the Elements location, and unfortunately, one of the arms was not in perfect condition. While passing by the Harbour City location, I decided to ask for assistance. I explained my situation to the greeting staff, who consulted with the store manager and instructed me to get in line.
After waiting for over 30 minutes, another staff member informed me that I needed to return to the original store of purchase, as confirmed by the manager. This was incredibly frustrating because the manager could have communicated this from the start, saving my time and effort.

First of all, the sales advisor lady wanted to convince me that luggage tags can be hot stamped with the letters only, and the special stamps are reserved for the passport covers. Then, I showed him a luggage tags with a special city stamp. After that she went to ask, and yes it is indeed possible to get luggage tags stamped with the special tag. She said that the only colors they RECOMMEND is silver and gold. However, when I wanted to ask for another color than these she refused. After pushing her for 5 minutes and saying that I am aware of the different colors they have, she allowed me to choose the color I want.
