I have visited Sushi Tokumi for a few years in different locations. I have had a great expensive in all the branches except the one in Kwun tong. Honestly the customer service is extremely poor. I have ordered from Deliveroo and they gave the wrong order. The staff did not even try to solve the problem but instead she insist that she can do nothing to help. 德美壽司相信個個都有聽過，今日嚟到觀塘分店試試佢先，餐廳環境都算大，有獨立房，出邊望落去都幾開揚，呢度都係電子落單，另外都有Menu俾你睇吓啲野食💪🏻💪🏻

我哋就嗌咗幾款刺身，包括有💚三文魚刺身，佢一份係有五片，超厚切，超新鮮，同出面比真係好大分別，佢啲油脂平均分配喺淨塊三文魚😋😋，💚牡丹蝦刺身，我哋叫咗兩隻牡丹蝦，佢可以有兩食，一食刺身，二食蝦頭湯，刺身方面我覺得牡丹蝦嚟講佢比較細，但都超爽口，都係超新鮮，至於湯方面，本身以為佢係好濃郁，點知其實都幾淡，佢係想做一個蝦頭麵豉湯，但唔成功，麵豉湯都係好淡😩😩，另外一款就係💚中拖羅刺身，佢係一件一件計，中拖會係$88/1件，真係唔惹少，即管睇吓佢咩料，首先上碟嘅時候係厚厚一大件，色澤均勻，都係偏淡粉紅，油脂分布晒喺每一個位置，第一啖咬落真心超正🤤🤤🤤，入口即溶，油香味遍布成個口腔，吞拿魚嘅油脂味好平均，每一啖都好鮮，100個👍🏻真係1分價錢1分貨😌😌

🦆煎鵝肝帶子卷，呢個配搭我覺得一般，鵝肝同帶子嘅質感差唔多，變咗你放入口嘅時候好似唔知食緊啲乜咁，鵝肝味又唔夠香濃，帶子味又唔夠鮮，可能兩種夾埋一齊食味道就會冇咁出，但食得出味道都還可以既，食材都新鮮

🍢串燒方面我哋嗌咗有地雞大蔥串，免治雞肉串，燒雞軟骨，味道都OK嘅，唔會燒得太窿，不過個雞肉串有啲甜，其他都冇咩大問題😌😌

🍚最後叫咗個三文魚茶漬飯，即係同泡飯差唔多意思，份量適中，面頭一粒粒浮起嘅係米通，三文魚設成一粒粒咁，將湯飯連埋三文魚一齊食都幾開胃，湯底唔咸，清清地唔錯😆😆
