People, treat yourself better, DO NOT visit this one. There are so many better Thai resto in the area.
This resto, bad experience, bad service, a bunch of sad, angry, tired and frustrated staff, the face of them all tell you how sad their life is and how they don't want to work here. They don't even serve water, and get irritated if people ask for water, and then give you a cup of water just 40% filled.
I got really piss for such bad service, this is one of the classic example how bad Hong Kong service can do.
Price is very expensive compare to other Thai resto in the area, at least 20% more expensive. The portion of food are tiny, yes, i use "tiny" to describe their dish, even girl is not enough for such portion of food and this expensive price.
Space is very packed and small, bar table occupied 50% of the seat in the resto and they are very uncomfortable to sit on.
Food is just average, I would not say it's bad, but I would not say it's delicious too, other Thai resto in the area are so much better taste than them, those restos' price are cheaper, portion is bigger, and most importantly,...

我跟車爸爸其實很喜歡吃茶記但坊間的店子可謂良莠不齊!而我就特別喜歡位於觀塘一間集港式茶餐廳與Café一體的小店,因為那兒經常也有驚喜的創新美食推出絕對是間高質的店子。
說的就是位於觀塘裕民坊YM²的Coffee or Tea,剛剛又推出了A New Chapter全新菜式,這夜趁車爸爸收早便跟他一起去試新嘢。
餐廳的裝潢一點也不似茶餐廳我覺得比較像Café很有格調,室內以黑白灰色作主調但又裝上一道舊式的鐵閘還有不少當區的明信片,西式格局中暗藏舊日港式情懷挺有意思的佈局。
先看看餐牌新推出的A New Chapter有什麼正菜式!內裡有不少新菜式光看賣相完全想像不到是什麼東東,店家的創意和心思真心令我拜服。
很多新菜式也想試可惜胃得兩個只好吃這一檯!大家看賣相可知我們究竟點了什麼美食嗎?
先介紹飲品車爸爸這夜童心未泯竟然選上凍榛子朱古力奶$40,見他喝得滿足的樣子蠻可愛耶!
而我則選了橙伯爵冰茶$35以我喜歡的伯爵茶作底加入了鮮橙,味道挺匹配而且只有微微的甜我鍾意啊~
大家是否心想我們為什麼正餐末吃就先食甜品?貌似芒果蛋糕的它其實是件鴛鴦蛋蛋蛋治$78,是否令大家有點意想不到呢!!
廚師究竟是如何將蛋治弄成像甜品般貌美!這個蛋治原來用齊了煎、焗、蒸、煮四種的烹調方法來炮製,先說用料選的是日本雞蛋中間分別夾上厚玉子燒和焗蛋白,上層淋上以65度低溫慢煮的蛋漿再配襯先蒸後焗的鹹蛋黃,這樣的烹煮方法複習得太過份了吧!
說到這麼厲害究竟味道又如何呢!首先絕對沒可能一口吃下所以要優雅地用刀叉來品嚐,甜美的玉子燒和清香的焗蛋白口感很嫩溜,多士上的鹹蛋黃和蛋漿味道甘香很可口,配上了點點青檸皮吃下口感和味道也令我很難忘,而且還十分飽肚想試的女生記得帶位David來一起分享喔!
然後這客脆脆公司三文治$78也不是省油燈,相信大家也吃過茶餐廳的公司三文治吧!但這份三文治用的不是傳統麵包而是用上米紙來製作,這製法的公司三文治實在太出人意表喇!
外層以香脆炸腐皮米紙包裹著蛋、火腿、煙肉、番茄等食材,還加有鹹香的車打芝士及有拉絲效果的水牛芝士,最後淋上以千島醬、南非辣醬、百里香、日式鰻魚汁所調配而成的自家醬汁,配襯香脆的麵包粒吃下帶出多重口感,愛吃香口炸物的您真是不容錯過喔。
熟悉我的朋友也知道我是個番茄迷,所以一見到這個西炒意大利飯$128已認定要吃它!原隻番茄上檯賣相很精緻,所謂的西炒飯其實是米形意粉以Risotto的烹調方法煮成,酸酸甜甜的醬汁將米意粉緊緊抱著吃下口感香滑,另以番茄作盛器放上滑蛋炒蝦仁也太可愛了吧!墊底還有些非常特別的粉末分別是餐廳特製的新鮮番茄和黑水欖粉末,能令這個西炒意大利飯的味道更上一層樓。
車爸爸則選了鐵板牛柳河粉$118,來到時看見完全不是平常的乾炒牛河模樣,用了熱騰騰的鐵板上檯然後淋上中式燒汁鑊氣十足,燒牛柳質地淋滑有肉香令車爸爸吃得讚不絕口,最頂癮的是以粉皮代替了河粉再加入蛋皮、意大利青瓜片將它們捲起來,然後連同墊底的銀芽、韭黃及洋蔥拌勻燒汁來享用真是超級惹味,比起吃真河粉的感覺健康得多呢。
最後本來不會出現的甜品也因為菠蘿而點上了!就是這個菠蘿的海$78一看賣相便知以港式菠蘿油為藍本,Coffee or Tea將它華麗變身成為一件超有特色的甜點。
底層用的是我小時候愛吃的酥脆光酥餅,夾心是以自家製菠蘿果醬煮過的厚切新鮮菠蘿,而面層則佈滿傳統菠蘿包的酥皮再襯上邪惡牛油及風乾菠蘿片,內裡更有甜蜜的菠蘿醬吃下去口感香脆鬆化之餘又多汁,這個菠蘿的海真的非常有個性兼好味道。
