Cinnebar — Restaurant in Sé

We used to visit Cinnebar more regularly but they had a dip in form a few years back that led to us focusing on other hotel lobby bars instead. Passed by recently and was happy to find that they seem to have returned to being a better lobby bar in Macau. Opening hours are 3pm to 1am daily.

Seating is classy and nice within the inside area at Cinnebar. There is a separate outdoor seating area as well that makes for very pleasant environs and rounds of cocktails and wine during the evenings and when weather is cooler outside.

During our recent visit, we were very pleased with their Barrel Aged Negroni and Sunset Boulevard (version of an Old Fashioned), both of which were well mixed and of expected taste. The bartender made a very good White Russian as well. Drinks were served with bar snacks and service was very attentive and timely.
