主食: 海皇濃湯大蝦泡飯 這是我在澳門最喜歡的蝦湯飯（如果是蝦湯愛好者，同時推薦雅廉訪大馬路21號的Cafe de E.u.，蝦意扁意粉很讚），午餐吃一碗感覺是迎來美好的一天，如果晚餐吃則是對自己辛勤的犒賞。 蝦身已經去殼，蝦頭有膏，熱溫澆下去要盡快吃，湯和飯的比例很好，翠肉瓜和蕃茄讓口感更豐富。
