Itadaki-masu! Direct from Ginza Tokyo, Chef Manato Ueno, the protégé of Chef Hiroyuki Sato, is at the helm of SUSHIDAN — an evolution of Hiroyuki’s Hakkoku in Ginza. The savoir-faire from the inimitable Edomae nigiri omakase has emerged as a new paradigm of dining with SUSHIDAN at Rossio at MGM Macau.

We had an artfully crafted sushi 🍣 on an omakase menu such as Yellow tail aged 5 days specially for our group of friends. Botan Shrimp Medium Fat Tuna Shrimp Broth Clear Soup Surf Clam Fle Fish Monk Fish Liver Sea Urchin Black Throat Sea Perch Dried Gourd Roll Miso Soup and extra nigiri such Tuna and everyone’s favorite the Monk Fish Liver This was followed by Honey Due Melon Mochi dessert

Rossio at MGM was great! The location is very central, we got a table at their indoor plaza. Atomphere was lovely as they had their Christmas tree all set up and the indoor plaza had AC.
