㊙️牛大人秘方紅燒牛骨鍋湯底醬包 ($68): 尼份湯底醬有300g,係屋企只要加入1500ml熱水再煲3分鐘,攪勻後就可以開動了🍲 如果想濃味啲,可以用雞湯代替熱水,但我覺得湯底本身都好夠味,唔加雞湯都已經好美味。
湯底醬包採用牛肉、牛骨為主要材料,加入冰糖、紅辣椒🌶️、八角、洋蔥🧅、蔥頭等調味,所以入口都有香濃既牛肉味,食落有八角、肉桂枝、香葉既味道,紅辣椒散發出微微辣香,仲會食到好多牛肉碎碎,屋企火鍋即刻升級成為台式牛肉火鍋🤩。配埋牛肉🥩、蔬菜🥬同麵條,好有食緊紅燒牛肉麵既感覺。建議可以用蜂巢豆腐/ 豆卜配尼個火鍋,豆腐同豆卜會索哂啲湯底,真係非常滋味😋
