Extremely Crowded, Loud environment. Food is Okay, But the they charge you "tip" and you are forced to pay that "tip". This "tip" Can be up to 4HKD, it is a waste of money for customers as we do not get any food for that 4HKD. Ordered a Milk tea with boba, ordered with no ice but it came with ice. Would not recommend to anyone and would not visit again if possible.

What I used to love about them was their ability to offer all the specialty drinks on their menu at a discounted price. Today, I came to Shatin and wanted to grab a drink somewhere, so I didn't hesitate to head to Teamwood. After being seated, I scanned the QR code, only to find that things have changed - the drinks that used to require a top-up of $6 or $4 now demand a $16 supplement! It seems the prices have truly kept up with the times. I can't help but sigh, as it may be a long while before I visit Teamwood again.

This chain must have some of the best Taiwanese food outside of Taiwan. Loved the beef soup noodles in particular. Drinks were great too. Slightly pricier than standard Hong Kong food.

The food was great. Best croffle of my life. But I waited one whole hour just for a croffle. Bad service. And they gave me the wrong order too. I asked for green tea ice cream with my waffle, and they gave me milk tea ice...
